Kiki Lab Fabrizio Valente President of the Jury

Fabrizio Valente has been working for over 30 years in the Retail sector. In 2001 he founded Kiki Lab, a firm specialized Retail at 360°, offering consultancy, researches and training for Retailers, Brand and services companies. Kiki Lab is the only Italian member of Ebeltoft Group, a consortium with 18 firms based in all continents and which every year publishes international researches about different topics: Retail Innovations; Horizontal Retail, Store-Centric Cross-Channel; Identity-Food in Risto-Retail; The Trust Factor; Brands go to Retail.

Fabrizio Valente is a frequent speaker at conferences and conventions, in Italy and abroad, talking about retail, innovation, change, motivation of the team. He is member of different Jurys which assign Retail Awards: World Retail Congress, Mapic Cannes, CNCC and Confcommercio.
