NAU!RELOOVE is our circular economy initiative, designed to extend the lifecycle of our products. As the first store of its kind, it embodies the tangible commitment that has always set us apart in our journey to reduce environmental impact—an effort that has already made us Carbon Neutral.
Used eyewear collected from our Italian stores is transported to our factory via existing logistics flows. Once there, the refurbishment process begins: we sanitize, polish, replace screws and nose pads, install new sunglass lenses, refresh pad printing, adjust the frame setup, and remove old prescription lenses to make way for custom lenses tailored to the visual needs of the new wearer.
We aim to play an active role in driving environmental and social change, a defining value for us from the very beginning. By sharing our sustainability principles with those who choose us, we work towards a brighter future together. After all, what’s the point of seeing clearly if the world around us isn’t
thriving?
