—iGreen iGreen Cover® Winner

iGreen Cover aims to raise awareness among consumers and businesses about the environmental impact of plastic cover production, which generates 20,000 tons of non-recoverable plastic each year.
The material used by iGreen Cover is the result of two years of research and development. The achieved result is unique for its strength and flexibility, but especially for its complete compostability once placed in the soil and moistened (certified “Compost Home” by TUV Austria Cert, compliance Mark TA8022105702, 05/05/2021 – 05/05/2026).
The cover, made from corn starch, features an internal compartment for seeds. Once planted in the ground, it provides nourishment to the seeds, facilitating their decomposition and sprouting into Basil plants or Daisy and Forget-Me-Not flowers. iGreen Cover material is 100% natural, and even the color powders, representing only 0.2% of the material, are natural-based.
