Elisa Albanese has been working in consumer marketing for the last 15 years and is currently Marketing Director at Bialetti. Her responsibilities include the evolution of all categories on a global scale as well as the brand repositioning as a coffee expert.
In her past career Elisa worked in different multinational companies, such as Gallina Blanca STAR, Julius Meinl and in the last 8 years Essity.
In Essity (former SCA Hygiene Products) she worked as International Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue, covering the development of Tissue categories as well as the Tempo (hankies) brand repositioning in Italy. She had a multi-country and multi-category responsibility and was based in Paris for over 4 years.
Elisa as a consumer-oriented approach and thinks that brands should drop storytelling in favour of an actual conversation to engage people into.
